Ciao, I’m Clarissa!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My journey with fitness began through strength training and eventually led me into bodybuilding. Along the way, I discovered that training could be about so much more than changing the way you look. It could build confidence, resilience, strength, and a completely different relationship with your body.

While I work with both women and men on goals such as strength, muscle building, fat loss, and body composition, I have a particular passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum.

Because becoming a mother can change your body, your priorities, your schedule, and your relationship with yourself—and your fitness plan should be able to change with you.

Pregnancy doesn't mean you have to stop being active. Postpartum doesn't mean you have to rush to get your body back. It means learning to work with your body as it changes.

Every pregnancy and postpartum experience is different. That's why your program should never be a copy-and-paste plan. That means paying attention to how you're feeling, modifying exercises when necessary, progressing gradually, and respecting the changes your body is experiencing. It also means understanding that some days you may feel strong and energized—and other days, simply showing up and moving your body may be enough.

My job isn't to push you through everything. My job is to help you understand what your body needs and give you the tools to become stronger safely and confidently.

Why did I start coaching? The gym became much more than a place to exercise for me. It became my happy place, my challenge, my “me time,” and a place where I learned that I was capable of much more than I thought. Strength training taught me that progress isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about learning, adapting, being patient, and trusting the process.

I wanted women to know that pregnancy doesn't make them fragile, that postpartum doesn't mean they have to start from zero, and that taking care of themselves isn't selfish.

You can care for your baby and care for yourself.

You can become a mother and still have goals of your own.

You can build strength without trying to punish your body for changing.

My goal isn't simply to help you change your body. It's to help you trust your body. To feel strong enough to carry your baby, chase your toddler, pick up your child, return to the gym, run, lift, hike, play, or simply move through everyday life with confidence.

You don't have to wait until life slows down to take care of yourself. You deserve to be part of your own priority list, too.

It's never too late to change your life and motherhood doesn't have to be the end of your story. It can be the beginning of a stronger one.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and family, reading, enjoying good food, getting outside, exploring nature, or finding a quiet moment to recharge. And, of course, you'll probably still find me in the gym.

Training is one of the things that makes me happiest. Because fitness isn't just about the body you build. It’s about the life that the body allows you to live.
